What this site is

vasthrashree.com is an informational site for VasthraShree, a curated ethnic-wear marketplace in development. Nothing is for sale here. No order can be placed, and no transaction can be completed.

The waitlist is not a contract

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create a binding agreement, reserve stock, guarantee you early access, guarantee any particular pricing, or guarantee that VasthraShree will launch in your city — or launch at all.

If you sign up as a store partner, that is likewise an expression of interest. Any actual partnership will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Information on this site

Descriptions of features, cities, timelines, and imagery on this site describe what we intend to build. They are not promises, and they may change as the product develops. Product imagery is illustrative.

Using this site properly

You agree not to:

• submit false information, or someone else's details, through the waitlist form;
• use automated tools to submit the form or to scrape this site at volume;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems;
• copy our brand name, logo, or written content as your own.

We rate-limit submissions and may block requests that look automated.

Our content

The VasthraShree name, logo, written copy, and design on this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely. You may not reproduce our branding or present our content as yours without written permission.

Availability

We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time during pre-launch.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this informational site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
